Jed Solomon is the managing principal of Pinnacle West Development. With over 20 years of experience in land acquisition and entitlement, Jed has built a proven track record of acquiring and delivering successful residential projects across Southern California. Jed’s career spans leadership roles with public homebuilders including Pulte Homes, K. Hovnanian Homes, and Beazer Homes, as well as private developers such as Trammell Crow Residential and Griffin Residential. Jed has managed the acquisition of more than 5,000 residential lots/units and overseen the entitlement of projects totaling over 3,000 lots/units, navigating complex regulatory processes to ensure timely and profitable outcomes. Jed’s expertise includes the full spectrum of entitlement processing, from initial site evaluation through rezoning/GPAs, CEQA processing and final approvals and supported by strong working relationships with local jurisdictions, agencies, and project consultants. Known for a strategic approach, market knowledge, and ability to build consensus among stakeholders, Jed brings both technical proficiency and practical insight to every project.
